Management Team

Joshua Silverman has served as a member of the Board of Directors since September 6, 2018 and currently serves as Executive Chairman. Mr. Silverman currently serves as the managing member of Parkfield Funding LLC. Mr. Silverman was the co-founder, and a principal and managing partner of Iroquois Capital Management, LLC (“Iroquois”), an investment advisory firm. Since its inception in 2003 until July 2016, Mr. Silverman served as co-chief investment officer of Iroquois. While at Iroquois, he designed and executed complex transactions, structuring and negotiating investments in both public and private companies and has often been called upon by the companies solve inefficiencies as they relate to corporate structure, cash flow, and management. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Silverman served as co-chief investment officer of Vertical Ventures, LLC, a merchant bank. Prior to forming Iroquois, Mr. Silverman was a director of Joele Frank, a boutique consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Silverman served as assistant press secretary to the president of the United States. Mr. Silverman currently serves as a director of AYRO, Inc., Protagenic Therapeutics, and Neurotrope, Inc., all of which are public companies. He previously served as a director of National Holdings Corporation from July 2014 through August 2016 and as a director of Marker Therapeutics, Inc. from August 2016 until October 2018. Mr. Silverman received his B.A. from Lehigh University in 1992.

Mr. Fagan has more than 30 years of professional experience spanning financial reporting, technical accounting, auditing, risk management, and financial planning & analysis. Throughout his career, he has held finance leadership roles across a diverse range of organizations, from smaller, mid-market entities to Fortune 1000 companies, giving him broad exposure to complex accounting and reporting environments across multiple industries and stages of growth.

Mr. Fagan brings deep expertise in U.S. GAAP application, SEC reporting, equity management and financial risk and internal controls. More recently, he served as Head of Accounting at Supernal, LLC, where he oversaw the company's accounting operations and financial reporting infrastructure, including the annual audit; and as the Director of Technical Accounting and Reporting at Erickson Senior Living where he was responsible for technical accounting, GAAP application, and financial reporting. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Kuiu, LLC, Executive Director at Paramount Pictures (during Viacom's ownership of the Company) and as a Director at Armanino LLP, a national public accounting and consulting firm.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Fagan worked for Grant Thornton LLP, where he served as Manager and Senior Manager, and at Arthur Andersen where he was promoted to Manager — providing him with substantial public accounting and audit experience prior to transitioning into industry leadership roles.

Mr. Fagan has been an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1995. He holds a Doctorate in Finance from Sacred Heart University, a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.  In 2024, Mr. Fagan co-authored a peer-reviewed article on audit risk and executive compensation that was published in the Journal of Risk and Financial Management.  He has previously been on faculty at several universities, including the University of Southern California, George Mason University and Notre Dame of Maryland University.  

Dr. Yossi (Yossef) Ehrlichman is Chief Technology Officer at Q/C Technologies, where he leads technology strategy and development of the company’s optical processing unit. He brings more than 20 years of experience in electro-optical engineering, research, and technical leadership, including over 15 years specializing in integrated photonics. His expertise also spans analog and digital electronic circuits and communication systems.

Previously, Dr. Ehrlichman held senior engineering and technical leadership roles at Bascom Hunter Technologies, Raytheon, and Axalume. His experience includes photonic integrated circuits, hybrid integrated lasers, and optical and radio-frequency systems, with projects extending from initial design through fabrication, testing, and system integration. Earlier in his career, he developed advanced infrared detectors at SemiConductor Devices (SCD). He is a named inventor on multiple issued U.S. patents and has authored peer-reviewed publications in integrated photonics.

Dr. Ehrlichman holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. He conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of California, San Diego. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica.

James Altucher is an accomplished entrepreneur, venture capitalist, writer and author with decades of expertise in emerging technologies including AI, computing and crypto. He has founded or co-founded more than 20 companies, including the popular financial website Stockpickr.com, which he sold to TheStreet.com. Altucher is also known for his involvement in the hedge fund industry, notably as a managing director of Formula Capital. Altucher has authored numerous books and currently hosts two prominent podcasts, one of which is The TAO Pod, dedicated to Bittensor, TAO, AI and crypto.
